  • If certain products are not available your order, we will inform you by e-mail and will refund you if you do not want other products as a replacement, return the amount already paid immediately of course.

DELIVERY TIME

  • If available in stock we will dispatch your order within 3 working days or less. We ship with DHL / Fedex which deliver directly to your home.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • You will receive an e-mail with a link to track your order once your shipment has been passed to our shipping partner DHL. Please note that it may take a little until your shipment online.

DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS

  • We offer you the opportunity to send your parcel to a different address from your billing address request: Direct to your job, to the neighbors, to friends and acquaintances. Simply type in your order the desired shipping address.

RETURN POLICY

  • Starhandloom accepts returns within 14 days from the delivery date. The returns must be in same condition as when received. It means it may not have been used and the tags must be attached in original condition. The cost of return is paid by the customer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Starhandloom accepts cancellation of the order if the consignment has not been picked by the courier from the warehouse, and the payment is returned to the customer via Wire Transfer to his / her bank account within 7 working days. The customer has to quote his / her order number with the bank details and mail it to info@starhandloom.com.

  • Several methods of payments are available for orders through STARHANDLOOM. You can pay by your favourite Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard), By Debit, PayPAL.
